Beastlord

Beastlord contributes a Warder, melee pressure, slows and support spells, and access to both martial stances and Wisdom-oriented invocations. The class package is valuable even when another active class supplies the primary tank or caster role.

Overview

Primary Role

Pet-centered hybrid melee, support, and Wisdom casting

Resource Profile

Mana and Endurance interact through spells, stances, and invocations.

Damage Profile

See Melee, Spells, and the class details below for the delivery families this class supplies.

Multiclass Function

The class contributes its skills, spells, passives, stance access, and invocation access to the active loadout; overlapping mechanics use their own cap and stacking rules.

Class Details

Warder

The summoned Warder is a classed pet with equipment, skills, Mana, and spells. Developers demonstrated a Warrior-class Warder using Cleave. T1

Upgraded pet scaling

Each summon-spell rank adds pet level up to player level minus one, with official HP, damage, and skill increases per added level. T1

Pet spellcasting

July 7 granted Warders Mana and increased their melee capability; July 14 made upgraded pets cast at their upgraded level. T1

Strengths by Level Range

These breakpoints identify spells, abilities, or skills that materially change the class’s damage, control, recovery, or group value. They are highlights rather than a complete spell list.T2

Levels 1–19

  • The warder and early burst package provide damage from two actors (1: Wild Spirit, 12: Blast of Frost, 18: Spirit of the Blizzard).
  • The early warder proc buff (18: Spirit of the Blizzard) is especially valuable when the pet maintains uninterrupted melee contact.

Levels 20–34

  • Defensive skills and hybrid healing improve front-line uptime (20: Block, 30: Riposte, 34: Greater Healing).
  • This range turns Beastlord from a pet-supported attacker into a more self-contained bruiser.

Levels 35–50

  • Late pet procs, poison damage, healing, warder upgrades, and slowing create a complete sustained-DPS package (38: Spirit of the Scorpion, 40: Malaria, 41: Spiritual Light, 46: Spirit of Kashek, 50: Sha’s Lethargy).
  • Upgraded warder spells also scale the summoned pet’s level and combat statistics under the current spell-upgrade rules.

Multiclass Synergy Boundaries

What stacks
Distinct skills, spells, passives, pets, utility, and stance/invocation access can combine when their own stacking rules permit.
What does not automatically stack
Duplicate crowd control, avoidance skills, buffs, and cap-based mechanics do not become additive merely because two classes grant them.
Evaluation method
Identify the mechanic supplied by Beastlord, link to its canonical rule, then compare marginal value against the other two active classes.
