Berserker
Berserker is a pure martial damage package built around Frenzy, critical interactions, aggressive stances, and combat abilities. It supplies no spellcasting layer, making Endurance management and weapon/ability timing central.
Overview
Primary Role
High-pressure melee damage with critical-hit and multi-hit systems
Resource Profile
Endurance-driven martial package.
Damage Profile
See Melee, Spells, and the class details below for the delivery families this class supplies.
Multiclass Function
The class contributes its skills, spells, passives, stance access, and invocation access to the active loadout; overlapping mechanics use their own cap and stacking rules.
Primary Attributes
- STR and attack statistics support physical outputT2
- DEX supports proc and accuracy-related systems where applicable
- STA and defensive statistics matter because Berserker lacks the broad avoidance package of several other melee classes
For component definitions, see Stats & Attributes and Attack Resolution.
Class Details
Frenzy
Developer demonstrations describe a multi-hit attack that can receive Double Attack and Triple Attack behavior on top of its own sequence. T1
Berserker Stance
A class-specific stance converts critical melee pressure into an aggressive resource loop; use the canonical stance page for current values. T2
Tendon Slice and Skull Bash
Added July 14 at levels 14 and 20, supplying a snare and a stun respectively. T1
Sustained and burst physical damage
A distinct class contribution that combines with other active-class mechanics according to the applicable stacking and cap rules.
Critical-hit scaling and Blood Rune interactions

Strengths by Level Range
These breakpoints identify spells, abilities, or skills that materially change the class’s damage, control, recovery, or group value. They are highlights rather than a complete spell list.T2
Levels 1–19
- The core damage engine arrives early through repeated combat abilities and additional attack checks (1: Frenzy, 12: Unbound Fury, 14: Tendon Slice, 15: Double Attack).
- Tendon Slice adds control without giving up the class’s primary damage cadence.
Levels 20–34
- Skull Bash and defensive skill unlocks make sustained melee safer while preserving ability pressure (20: Skull Bash, 20: Parry, 20: Block, 25: Riposte).
- Independent combat-skill timers matter more as the loadout gains additional active melee classes.
Levels 35–50
- Triple Attack creates another high-value primary-hand attempt in late melee builds (46: Triple Attack).
- Late Berserker damage scales strongly with haste, accuracy, endurance support, and any effect that rewards more successful attack events.
Multiclass Synergy Boundaries
- What stacks
- Distinct skills, spells, passives, pets, utility, and stance/invocation access can combine when their own stacking rules permit.
- What does not automatically stack
- Duplicate crowd control, avoidance skills, buffs, and cap-based mechanics do not become additive merely because two classes grant them.
- Evaluation method
- Identify the mechanic supplied by Berserker, link to its canonical rule, then compare marginal value against the other two active classes.
