Max Healer

Representative trio: CLR + DRU + SHM
Flexible framework: CLR + DRU + SHM/PAL

Max Healer concentrates all three class packages on healing throughput, recovery coverage, cures, resurrection, and keeping a group alive through sustained or burst damage. It intentionally sacrifices personal damage and broad control to maximize the number and type of recovery tools available.

Mechanical Premise

Cleric core

Supplies the strongest conventional direct-heal identity, resurrection, cures, protective buffs, and emergency recovery.

Druid layer

Adds regeneration, efficient spot healing, damage shields, movement, evacuation, and flexible outdoor support.

Shaman variant

Adds slow, regeneration, stat buffs, Cannibalize-style sustain, and supplemental healing.

Paladin variant

Trades Shaman slow and caster sustain for plate durability, tank tools, additional heals, and Spellblade access.

This is a T3 build archetype: the underlying class and invocation mechanics are documented, but “maximum healing” depends on encounter profile, spell tiers, gear, player execution, and current balance. T3

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths

  • Multiple direct-heal, regeneration, cure, and emergency-recovery lines.
  • Cleric resurrection and strong protective support.
  • Three Wisdom-class packages strengthen the scaling premise of Divine Invocation.
  • Shaman variant reduces incoming damage through slow; Paladin variant supplies a durable emergency front line.
  • Excellent group recovery after mistakes or attrition.

Weaknesses

  • Low personal damage and slow solo kill speed.
  • No Enchanter/Bard-style mez package and no dedicated pull toolkit.
  • Overlapping heal lines can waste Mana if cast without triage discipline.
  • Healing threat can become dangerous without a reliable tank or threat-control plan.
  • Three healing classes do not automatically triple the effective Mana pool; EQL resource construction uses class contribution rules rather than simply adding every class pool.

Stances & Invocations

Only one stance and one invocation can be active at a time. The entries below are tactical modes to switch between, not simultaneous effects.

Priority Stances

Channeler
The default caster-defense posture when uninterrupted heals are more important than preserving Mana and Endurance.
Defensive
Paladin variant only; use it when the healer must temporarily absorb melee pressure while the other healing classes restore the group.

Priority Invocations

Divine
Cleric/Druid/Shaman reaches the full three-Wisdom-class scalar: the base heal plus two 33% repeats from ordinary Mana spending.
Empowering
The three-priest version also has three non-hybrid casters, producing the maximum current +20% healing scalar for compressed burst-healing windows.
Recovery
The long-duration alternative when encounter length, not peak healing, is the binding constraint.

Play Pattern

  1. Prevent avoidable damage

Maintain protective buffs, regeneration, and—on the Shaman variant—slow before committing to expensive reactive healing.

  2. Use the cheapest sufficient heal

Match heal size and cast time to the actual deficit rather than defaulting to the largest available spell.

  3. Escalate for burst windows

Switch to Empowering or larger heals when incoming damage exceeds normal recovery throughput.

  4. Recover resources

Use Recovery, Cannibalize-style tools, low-damage windows, and stance changes before the next burst phase.

Synergies

These interactions focus on combinations that increase damage uptime, casts per minute, combat-skill throughput, or effective DPS by reducing time spent recovering.

Triple-Wisdom Divine

Every eligible Mana expenditure produces up to 166% of the Mana amount in distributed healing across the base event and two repeats.

Empowered heal tiers

Direct heals and HoTs gain the pure-caster healing scalar; use this when one or two large casts must cover an incoming spike.

Slow and prevention

Shaman Slow and Paladin stuns reduce the amount that must be healed, which is often more efficient than adding another heal after the damage lands.

Mana conversion loop

Cannibalize-style sustain, Recovery, and Divine can turn resource management into continuous healing without pausing the support rotation.

Tooltip mechanics and official patch changes are T1 or T2 where documented. Build-performance conclusions and community-tested interaction priorities remain T3 and balance-sensitive.

Top Weapons

Weapon ratio is secondary to Mana, Wisdom, focus, click, worn, and proc utility for this archetype. The following are representative one-handed ratio leaders returned for the CLR/DRU/SHM framework during the reviewed EQ Legends Tools search; re-check the live database after balance changes.
